Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment is confirmed (excluding weekends and public holidays).

  • Orders placed after 2 PM IST or on weekends/holidays will begin processing the next business day.

2. Shipping Locations

  • We ship to all major cities and towns across India.

  • For remote or tribal area pin‐codes, additional transit time may apply.

3. Shipping Methods & Transit Times

  • Standard Shipping: Delivered within 7–10 business days from dispatch to most metro & Tier-1 cities.

  • Extended Shipping: For Tier-2/Tier-3 cities or remote areas, expect 5–10 business days.

  • We use reputed domestic carriers (e.g., Delhivery, BlueDart, Ecom Express) and will provide you a tracking number via email/SMS once your parcel ships.

4. Shipping Charges

  • Flat shipping charge of ₹ XX per order for standard delivery.

  • Free shipping for orders over ₹ YY (for example, ₹ 999) to encourage larger purchases.

  • For remote area pin-codes, additional shipping surcharge may apply—they’ll be notified at checkout.

5. Order Tracking

  • Once your order is dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link.

  • You can check the delivery status anytime.

  • If you face issues, our customer support team is available for assistance.

6. International Shipping (optional)

  • At present, we do not ship internationally.

  • If we later enable international delivery, customs duties, taxes and local import fees will be the buyer’s responsibility.

7. Damages, Loss & Returns

  • Please inspect your parcel upon delivery.

  • In the rare event of damaged or defective items, please contact us at contact@snapthreads.in within 24 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging.

  • We will arrange for a replacement or refund after verification.

  • If the parcel is lost in transit, we will raise the matter with the carrier and keep you updated.

8. Changes & Cancellations

  • If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us at contact@snapthreads.in as soon as possible.

  • Once the order is shipped, changes or cancellations may not be possible.

9. Pre-Order & Special Items (if applicable)

  • For items marked “Pre-order”, please allow an additional 7–10 business days beyond standard processing for dispatch.

  • These items are non-cancelable once production begins.
